David P. Angueira is an accomplished senior trial lawyer who has obtained record breaking results for his clients. He was admitted to the Mass. Bar in 1982 and the New York Bar in 1983. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Boston University Law School in 1982 with Honors for his Outstanding Advocacy. He began his law career as a Law Clerk for the U. S. Attorney's office and a Prosecutor  with the Essex County D. A.'s office followed with a Judicial Clerkship with the Mass. Court of Appeals. He is a member of numerous legal organizations including ATLA; ABA; Mass. Academy of Trial Attorneys; Past President of the South Middlesex Bar Asso.;  Past Chairman of the Mass. Bar Asso. Fee Arbitration Board; Mass. Bar Asso. Nominating Committee; MBA committee on Lawyer advertizing;Fellow of the Mass. Bar Foundation; and co-founder of the Mass.  Hispanic Bar Asso.. He is a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education seminars and programs and has been nationally publicized in grounbreaking cases of public significance.
