Mr. O’Connor concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury litigation including, but not limited to defective products, wrongful death, and auto and premises liability.
Mr. O’Connor joined Swartz & Swartz in 2016 after more than five years representing plaintiffs in auto and premises liability litigation at another Boston law firm where he gained extensive experience in the District and Superior Courts of the Commonwealth. He was also an advocate for Social Security disability claimants, representing clients in federal hearings to obtain desperately needed monetary and health benefits. Mr. O’Connor takes pride in fighting for just compensation for those who have been seriously injured or disabled by the wrongful actions of another. In every case, Mr. O’Connor is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for the firm’s clients, working closely with individuals and families from the inception of litigation through resolution.
