Mr. Swartz is a nationally known and respected trial attorney and consumer advocate. His practice focuses on cases involving negligence, torts, products liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and other claims involving catastrophic injuries.

Mr. Swartz is currently one of the Managing Attorneys at Swartz & Swartz, having joined the firm in 1993. He maintains a nationwide litigation and trial practice, pursuing claims on behalf of severely injured plaintiffs and their families resulting in numerous million dollar and multi-million dollar results.
