18-month-old boy was injured while playing with a wagon. Specifically, the boy’s left index finger became wedged within the “pinch point” above the left rear wheel of the wagon.

 

At the time of injury, the child was riding in the wagon in a reasonably foreseeable manner. The child’s doctor noted a thickening of scar tissue on his left index finger, resembling a keloid.
