34-year-old man was seriously injured when the snowmobile he was riding flipped over without warning.
At the time of the accident, the man was circumnavigating a very large field at a speed of approximately 30 MPH. He was thrown from his seat and the vehicle rolled on top of him with the engine running and the treads revolving against his body. The plaintiff claimed that the snowmobile was defective in that it flipped over while being operated at a slow, steady speed on a large, snow-covered field. The product was negligently designed and manufactured by the defendant in that the right front suspension and/or shock mount failed, causing my severe injuries. The snowmobile manufacturer also failed to provide any warnings regarding the front suspension and/or shock mount defect.
